Testing the Physical and Mechanical Properties of Polyacrylonitrile Nanofibers Reinforced with Succinite and Silicon Dioxide Nanoparticles

In this research, we focused on testing the physical and mechanical properties of developed polyacrylonitrile (PAN) composite nanofibers with succinite (Baltic amber) SiO2 particles using standard methods nanofiber (physical properties). Polyacrylonitrile (based electrospinning method) were coated an aluminum substrate for structural investigation. SEM was used to determine average fiber diameter deviation. The fibers determined a universal machine (NANO, MTS). We observed that constant or decreased levels crystallinity in ultrafine led preservation high strain at failure strength increased substantially as their reduced. Improvements PAN nanopowder are feasible continuous decreases diameter. drastically demonstrated substantial reduction viscosity (toughness) annealed nanofibers.
